Terms for website and controlled services

These terms govern use of the public website, Investor Portal and controlled Data Room.

Information and access

Public materials are informational. Restricted access is personal, revocable and subject to the server-side allowlist, confidentiality controls and applicable onboarding.

Contract formation

A binding transaction arises only from a definitive agreement executed by authorised parties. Electronic signatures may be used where legally valid and accepted by the parties.

Invoices and payment

A payment obligation exists only under an executed agreement and corresponding invoice or payment notice. Portal records support administration and do not replace bank evidence or legal registers.

Acceptable use

Users must protect credentials, provide accurate information and avoid unauthorised access, copying, interference or unlawful use. Governing law and dispute forum are defined in the definitive agreement.
